Frozen Dipped Bananas

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas

  • 8 popsicle sticks

  • peanut butter

  • vanilla Greek yogurt

  • Superfoods such as pitaya, blue majik, matcha, turmeric for coloring the yogurt (optional)

  • Vegan chocolate (1/4 cup cacao powder, 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil, 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup mixed together)

  • Nutless ‘Nola, sprinkles, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, etc.

Steps:

  1. Peel bananas, then cut in half.

  2. Stick popsicles sticks through each halved banana.

  3. Dip in peanut butter, yogurt, or melted vegan chocolate.

  4. Add Nutless ‘Nola, sprinkles, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips.

  5. Place in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours.

  6. Enjoy yummy bananas on a stick!
