'Nola Crust Pizza
Ingredients:
2.5 cups Naked ‘Nola
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Vanilla yogurt of choice
Colorful superfoods of choice to add into the yogurt (optional)
Your favorite chopped up fruits, for topping
Steps:
Add Naked ‘Nola and coconut oil to a food processor, then pulse until more of a slightly crumbly, cookie dough consistency is reached.
Transfer ‘Nola crust onto parchment paper and form a circle.
Place in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
Then, generously spread yogurt on top of the crust, leaving about an inch around the perimeter.
Add chopped fruits on top, then cut into slices and enjoy!
