'Nola Crust Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups Naked ‘Nola

  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

  • Vanilla yogurt of choice

  • Colorful superfoods of choice to add into the yogurt (optional)

  • Your favorite chopped up fruits, for topping

Steps:

  1. Add Naked ‘Nola and coconut oil to a food processor, then pulse until more of a slightly crumbly, cookie dough consistency is reached.

  2. Transfer ‘Nola crust onto parchment paper and form a circle.

  3. Place in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.

  4. Then, generously spread yogurt on top of the crust, leaving about an inch around the perimeter.

  5. Add chopped fruits on top, then cut into slices and enjoy!
