Cinnabon Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut cubes (coconut milk frozen in ice trays)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter 

  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • 2-3 teaspoons cinnamon 

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 

  • Tiny pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional) 

Instructions:

  1. Blend ingredients until smooth, then pour into a bowl.

  2. For the creamy swirl, combine some vanilla yogurt with pure maple syrup, and cinnamon in a squeeze bottle, then swirl on top.

  3. Sprinkle ‘Nola Mix on top and enjoy!
