Cinnabon Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut cubes (coconut milk frozen in ice trays)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2-3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Tiny pinch of salt
1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
Instructions:
Blend ingredients until smooth, then pour into a bowl.
For the creamy swirl, combine some vanilla yogurt with pure maple syrup, and cinnamon in a squeeze bottle, then swirl on top.
Sprinkle ‘Nola Mix on top and enjoy!
