Caramel Apple Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
For the Date Caramel:
1 cup pitted Medjool dates
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp pink salt
For the Caramel Apple Smoothie:
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbs date caramel
1 small apple, chopped
1/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups ice
Instructions:
For the caramel, blend all ingredients until it reaches a caramel consistency. Set aside.
For the smoothie, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness, as needed, then pour into a bowl.
Top with chopped apples, a drizzle of your caramel, & some ‘Nola Mix.
