Caramel Apple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

For the Date Caramel:

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates

  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp pink salt

For the Caramel Apple Smoothie:

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk

  • 1 tbs date caramel

  • 1 small apple, chopped

  • 1/4 cup applesauce

  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 cups ice

Instructions:

  1. For the caramel, blend all ingredients until it reaches a caramel consistency. Set aside.

  2. For the smoothie, blend all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness, as needed, then pour into a bowl.

  4. Top with chopped apples, a drizzle of your caramel, & some ‘Nola Mix
