Pink Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
3 cups vanilla yogurt
½ packet of thawed pitaya
½ cup Nutless ‘Nola
Optional toppings: edible glitter, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, blueberries, etc.
Steps:
Combine the yogurt with the thawed pitaya, until you achieve a pretty pink yogurt.
Pour an even layer of the pink yogurt onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Nutless ‘Nola and any additional toppings you may wish to add.
Place in the freezer until completely solid, at least 3-5 hours.
Using a sharp knife, chop into pieces, then enjoy!
Keep remaining bark stored in the freezer.
