Vibrant 'Nola Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Naked ‘Nola

  • 4 pitted Medjool dates

  • 1 tablespoon agave

  • Freeze-dried strawberry powder

  • Shredded coconut

  • Turmeric

  • Bee pollen

  • Ceremonial Grade Matcha powder

  • Blue Majik powder

  • Pitaya powder

Steps:

  1. Add Naked ‘Nola to a food processor, then grind up.

  2. Add in the dates and agave, then continue to blend in the processor.

  3. Using your hands, form into small bite-sized balls.

  4. Roll each ball into the separated powders/coconut/bee pollen/etc.

  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then enjoy!

  6. Store them in a mason jar and pop ‘em in your mouth for an easy, energizing, grab-and-go treat.
